- The organising committee reserves the right to modify/substitute any of these Terms and Conditions whenever they deem fit.
- The orgainsing committee reserves the right to limit and/or refuse any entries to the premises if the response is overwhelming.
- The organising committee will take rational precautions to ensure participants' safety (i.e. no swimming if there is a lighting warning). Participants will take part in the swim at their own risk and the organising committee will not be responsible for any injury or death.
- The organising committee reserves the right to use any photographs, video recording, or any media records of the events for any legitimate purpose (i.e. publicity via social media, website, commerical advertising)
- The organsing committee reserves the right to cancel the event in case of bad weather or any other reasons.
- Proper Swim wear are required in Port Of Lost Wonder.
- No outside Food & Drinks allowed in Port of Lost Wonder premises.
- Island Admission & Car park charges apply.
